Truly a caring company

I called several local shops to get a service on my home generator. Most shops were telling me 3-14 days before able to come out. Chadwell was also 7 days ,but after explaining the urgent need. I was given an appt. for 7pm on a Wednesday evening. He was on-time , and we were happy we got our unit repaired in time for our inspection as we were selling out home.

Was told that they could not service my unit for 2 wks to a month. I know I was late in getting it serviced,however a month is outragious. Tried another co. and they took my unit right in and the price was just right.would NOT tell any of my neighbors to go to this company!!!!!!!!

Finally fixed

I was given their name from Generac after having another "authorized" dealer charge me over $800.00 and still unable to get it working. John sent out his guy and after the first visit he got it working and finished it up the next day. Ask for John he is the owner and has been there for a very long time. Highly recommend them if you need professional service.

Fast and very Knowledgable

Had my unit into another shop, and after 2 weeks, they still did not know the problem. I finally took it to Chadwell's and was fixed the next day.. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
