CG is a top tier outfit all around. The office staff is friendly and responsive, the crew is knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices, knowledge, and service can\u2019t be beat. I\u2019m a knowledgeable and picky homeowner when it comes to having people work at my house and I\u2019d have these folks over for dinner. If you live in their service area and don\u2019t use use them for your generator needs you\u2019re making a mistake.

Experienced power outage due traffic accident. Elderly family relying on at home oxygen concentrator have 13 y/o 20 KW Generac Diagnosis: Nexus controller. OH6680BNone in stock, days to get here. Call to my buddy from C G Professional Services, In stock 2010 Nexus replacement kit. Will have it out and waiting for me. Total time family on portable oxygen with no A/C 2 hrs. 18 minutes. True professional, helping another technician company with a customer in a jam. Happy to recommend a 10 STAR business anytime!

What can I say?

Usually I don't write reviews. CG Professional impressed me from the moment I made the call till time my installation was done! Cheryl and staff are all topnotch period. Any questions I had at all were answered promptly either by a call I made or an email I sent. I had three different contractors scheduled for my estimate. One was thru Costco Home Services, One was scheduled thru Generac's website and I just happened to come across CG's number under dealers.1st dealer gave me my estimate ,2nd dealer told me that they would call to schedule, they didn't call till after I was all done with CG. Like I said CG is nothing but a topnotch company, anyone asks me who did my install CG Professional is my only recommendation.

The man who sold us the unit also installed it. The electrician was very professional and did and excellent job. All is working well: the unit self tests once a week.
