Central Electrical Services, LLC

Professional technicians

It was rainy day, there was red clay mud everywhere. I assumed the worst, muddy foot prints everywhere issues with the electric tie in. The crew laid down a card board walkway, and a tent to work under. They were prepared for the conditions and did not make one wasted move. The job was done clean neat and dry. They also wrapped up the job in just a few hours. This is a well managed team, I would definitely recommend Central for any related work.

Generac

Excellent customer service. Exceeded my expectation at each stage of the process and complete satisfaction with the end result. Very impressed with this coany. If purchasing a generac I recommend CentralElection without hesitation.

5 Starts all around

5 starts - this is a great company to work with - ontime, no surprises, detailed quote, professional installation. Great communication -

Exceptional Job!!

I am myself licensed in electrical and HVAC in my state, and I still decided to let Central Electrical do my generator installation. If that doesn't speak for itself, I don't know what does. Every person I spoke to or dealt with (Misty, Dave, William, Levi, Parker, and Justin) were fantastic. They had the purchase, scheduling, and installation down to a science. And the final commissioning process (checking amperage details, gas pressure ranges, etc.) were the icing on the cake. They left nothing to chance. Very methodical, precise, courteous, and professional. This is a company I'll be recommending many times over.

Made difficult installation look easy

Went to the home show and saw 5 different dealers. Interviewed all 5 at the show and invited three to come out and give us a recommendation and quote. The associate came - looked over our situation (we have power on one side of the house & gas on the other) They saw no problem running the line through the attic. Made me feel they knew what they were doing. Got a quote (not the cheapest.... but worth the extra) Install happened yesterday (04/18) and it went great. [Except they brought the wrong unit and had to go back and swap] It went exactly like they said it would and I would highly recommend them.

Definitely recommend

Central Electrical services were great to work with. Super friendly, kept me in the loop as we got closer to install date. Rescheduling and communications due to weather was effortless. They showed up on time, and everything looks and runs great.

Experienced experts!

Installation was performed by an experienced, expert, licensed Master Electrician and an experienced and knowledgeable mechanical/plumbing technician. Not only did they do a perfect installation, they were very patient and answered all the questions I had about operating and technical details.

Dealer provided excellent service before and after installation

We highly recommend them! Misty and Justin were awesome, helped us register our generator, explained everything fully for service and care. The installation was done as discussed and the work site cleaned up completely, never knew anyone was there. On time and all work completed as promised. Highly recommend them.

This is a really great company

I bought my first Generac Generator through Lowe's & this company came out to my house to install & set up the generator. They really did a very great professional job with the installation & set up. They made it look very nice with the concrete pad & the flat cut concrete designer stones under the concrete pad & the pea gravel under the flat cut concrete designer stones. I was very pleased & very impressed & very happy with all of their really great work that they did for me. I very highly recommend this company to anyone for all of your whole home generator needs.
