Cds Emergency Power Services

Generac Generator

CVS Home Services did a great job installing the Generac generator the installer Corey Steele did a great job and deserves a pay raise for the work done.

Confident With CDS

Initially, the wrong generator was delivered, but the installers were quick to notice and a new generator was sent the next day. The installers were very professional. Angelica Recacho was very helpful.

Prompt & Courteous

I was so pleased with work CDS did from the contact to installation. They were very professional, courteous and on schedule with my installation. Praise goes to Angelica, Dana and Denise and not let me forget the workers who came to my home. Every question answered.

Customer service

Installation and customer service was great, work was done neatly and in timely fashion

Great Piece of mind

Everyone at CDS was extremely helpful and very knowable. They were a great team to get my install done fast and the way I wanted it. The installers work though a 90+degree day to get the wiring installed. They were on time and explained everything in a way I could understand. They connected my Mobil Link and made sure it was working before they left. Great service!!! The office staff kept me informed of what was going to happen next. Great staff. I have already told several people about their service.

Great Service

Great communication throughout the process. Technicians John and Tom were outstanding. You can't put a price on peace of mind, and this product provides plenty of it.

A great system to have

This been the best investment and money spent. throughout the whole process i was notified of every step of the installation by Angelica Recacho, all of the crew was very professional and made sure everything was done correctly. with in two weeks of having my generac's installed we lost power for about two hours and our new generator did what is needed to do.

Great Quick Service

CDS was outstanding. Quick response time and service was completed quickly and professionally.

Awesome Service

The technicians( John and another young man)were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They explained every step of the installation process and answered all questions.

Sadly unimpressed

I bought 4 years ago. I maintain a service policy and a monitoring policy. I am not impressed with the quality of work. FYI I purchased my first generator from them in 2001 second 4 Years ago. Customer loyalty does not go far.
