A great experience from start to finish.

CDS and their employees are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the stand alone generator system. They were informative and kept me abreast of each step in the process. The time between the initial order and completion was about 16 weeks. Hurricane Sandy had an impact on the number of generators available, however, CDS kept me informed of the process and timelines.I received a 20kw generator which was sufficient for all my needs. The installation team of Mel, Mike and Scott were fantastic. They were thorough and extremely knowlegable of the system installed. Each step was explained to me in detail. The CDS installation team's quality of work, customer rapport, and attention to detail was exceptional. It needs to be noted that my installation took place March 6. The weather forecast that day was for 4 to 8 inches of snow. The Federal and local governments and all school systems were closed. But, the CDS team showed up on time and successfully completed the installation under extreme adverse conditions.
