Fixed a small big problem.
My unit is in a broadcast facility and call several companies for service. They were either not available until after hours, the next day or sometime in December. Those were the ones that answered.Their rep, once I explained the urgency kept me on an extended hold to check on getting someone out checking in the whole time to reassure me. They found someone and he onsite within a few hours and after detailing the steps taken before the service call which were advanced, pointed out the issue and was fixed right away without any time wasted.Marcos was also very attentive in point out other points of maintenance and made sure we were good to go.Will definitely recommend and call them again when we have our larger unit put in.
