Friendly but ineffective

Cason is not invited back to our house. They only made the problem worse and harder to fix.

VERY BEST IN TOWN!

We had a Gererac whole house generator installed over the past couple of days. The entire crew, both plumbing and electrical, were the most professional technicians I've ever had work at our house. They were knowledgable, friendly, thorough, and explained the entire process to us. The process of determining the proper unit, figuring out placement, getting a quote, and having everything explained in detail was perfect. All questions were answered. A tutorial of how to monitor the unit was given at completion. They are available for any questions we may have and we feel comfortable asking anything. The total experience from start to finish was superb and I recommend Casons to anyone in the Boston area. I feel relieved to have a generator. We never have to worry about losing power again!!

I just had my stand alone Generac generator hooked up this week. Cason's has been professional and helpful through the entire process. They set up appointment times and always are on time and leave the area as it was when they arrived. They explain everything to you as the process goes forward. Home Back Up Generator

We Love our GENERAC and are so happy with the decision to get one installed by CASON's! My Husband and I have owned our new home for 3 years in Chelmsford, Mass. One of the first projects we decided to get done, after putting up a fence, was getting a generator. I was hesitant to make such a large purchase but we seen the Generac reviews which were really good! We decided to trust in Cason's Equipment for the installation. They were excellent and never missed a beat. They are very communicative and understanding which is important to new home owners. We have lost power through many storms and knowing that we'll be safe, at home, makes it all worth it. Cason's gets a solid A for excellent service, installation and communication. At every stage of our interaction with Cason's from speaking with their salesman, generator delivery, electrical hookup and gas hookup everyone we met was professional and very competent. Great service

It is so nice to go through a winter with no worries of losing power. My generator has kicked in several times and worked perfectly. I have just set up my regular maintenance and all employees were very responsive and professional.

High Marks for Cason's

We live in an area where there have been frequent power outages over the years, due in part to lots of trees (though in fairness, the power company has finally made great efforts to clear up the growth along the lines). Finally, it became prudent for us to get a generator. After considering several local dealers, we went with Cason's. We've had the generator over a year now and the experience has been a smooth one.
