Best Troubleshooting!

had several other generator repair places come out to check my troublesome Generac. George showed up and within 20 mins found and repaired the improper wiring connection in the harness. after 3 other repair centers and countless hours and parts thrown at my unit, im happy to say that its finally exercised for 7 consecutive weeks without fail. this is the first time since it was installed that its worked properly multiple weeks in a row. Wish i had found them sooner

So happy with my install

just had a new installation completed by the crew at Cason's and everyone from start to finish was amazing to work with. The install guys were very polite and professional. the salesman was more informative than anyone else we met with. i would highly recommend to anyone i know.

Absolutely the best service

I have been dealing with Cason for years and have always received the best possible service. The tech just left my house after my semi-annual service and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service. I had several questions which were answered in terms which were thorough and easily understood. He checked everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, completely. He was careful to leave absolutely no mess and was very respectful of my property. If you are within their area of service I highly recommend that you deal with them. I have been so satisfied with their service that when I bought a generator for my daughter I looked no further than Cason. Every step of the installation was done with care and professionalism.

Amazing People - dont mess around call them

From start to finish - just amazing. Save yourself time and call Carson's - great service dont try to oversell you, reasonable rates work with you so you can understand the problem / how to use your generator. From first call to service only couple days to they showed up. Like I said amazing!

Friendly but ineffective

Cason is not invited back to our house. They only made the problem worse and harder to fix. In September 2022 we reported an issue with our transfer switch not operating in case of a power outage. Generator would kick on but had to manually switch over. Cason came out, did a bunch of troubleshooting and head-scratching, then chalked up to a loose wire and left. In January 2023 we had an outage and transfer switch didn't operate again. New tech came out, identified issue as bad comm wire, but couldn't fix because he didn't have enough wire. Came back the following week (we're up to trip 3 now) and said he fixed the problem. In March of 2023 we had an outage and transfer switch didn't operate again. Trip 4 - Tech came out, said he had only replaced a portion of the wire instead of whole wire last time. Also said that underground conduit was compromised because wire was wet. I asked Cason to quote on doing the job right and replacing the conduit along with the wire. Cason came back with a quote saying QUOTE TO TRY AND PULL NEW 18-7 WIRE THROUGH CONDUIT TO GET GENERATOR FUNCTIONAL --NO GUARANTEES AS MOST LIKELY UNDERGROUND CONDUIT IS BROKEN This is not what I asked for. Called our electrician to take a look. Found that they'd made the issue harder to fix by pulling the wire completely out vs being able to pull new wire through with old. Left numerous wires uncapped in the junction boxes. And ultimately the issue was where the wire connected inside the generator. All set now. Cason was friendly throughout but not dealing with them again.
