Casey Electric really was up front and honest with us. We didn't feel pressured into anything unnecessary. We were offered solutions to help navigate financing that otherwise may not have been available to us.Prices were on point. Extremely nice individuals to deal with both on the phone and their workers during installation. We were always informed and given a 'heads up' prior to any knock on the door (even when in the driveway on a scheduled appointment).

General generator now online!

Even having to wait a year my house is now with backup power in an emergency.I know the importance of having it as I had to run generator as part of my job working for the Santa Cruz County Sewer Department and when I moved here to Florida I knew that it would be needed in the future when hurricanes hit.Casey Electric evaluated the needed KW and installed it. I'm completely satisfied with all the work preformed as all my questions were answered!

It\u2019s great to see there are businesses around that still have great customer service and support.Over the process of ordering, receiving, installing, training, and filing the all important warranty paperwork, Casey Electric has been absolutely outstanding.We were kept informed as COVID delays impacted schedule.Every question was responded to immediately.Once our Generac generator was received they scheduled install and handled everything on time and without question, the work is 100% professional, to include the additional transfer switch box and all wiring and gas plumbing.We could not be happier with their service.

This process has taken almost a year from the time I signed the initial contract. Each time I reached out to Casey, they were friendly, but steadfast they could not get the product and would install as soon as they had a generator. Finally the day arrived, and Justin and Robert worked most of two days to install the machine. It was a very detailed process but they got it done in a very professional way. The installation is neat and just like I wanted it done. The startup process was done by Adam and Robert and it was smooth. The machine works like a champ. Now I wait for a power failure. I highly recommend Casey Electric.

Professional in all respects!

On 10/2/2020 Casey Electric installed a whole house Generac generator for us. Installation was professional.....efficient and courteous. Cleaned up work site when completed. Couldn't ask for much more.
