Casey Electric Inc.

Very satisfied customer

This is the second time we have used Casey Electric Inc, and they did not disappoint… Trent and Jon came this last month to fix a lot of problems we had for a long time, they were very professional and they knew what they were doing, I was not concerned about the repairs I knew it would get done like the light fixture in my walk in closet that had not worked for years was repaired in minutes, they fixed the cable wiring that was damaged in a storm among other problems, there was no area of the house they could not fix.. I put my trust in Casey Electric I would definitely recommend them to anyone that had any electrical issues, repairs and more they are our go to for any electrical needs. Like I said before Trent and Jon are very reliable electricians thank you both for doing such a great job.

Excellent Product

We purchased a Generac Generator and Casey Electric did an excellent job from the sale to the installation. Thomas was very professional and informative. Price was fair. Service Team did an excellent job. They exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend this company for your generator purchase and installation.

The Best!

Lived in SE FL. for years and I have been without electricity for many weeks before I moved here. I called Casey and I was glad I did. From the first call I knew i was dealing with a first class organization. From the salesman, Thomas Mason, to the technicians, the schedulers, the office staff and everyone I dealt with, Thank You!!!

While Home Generator

Casey Electric was great to work with in getting a General whole home gas generator. From the initial consultation to the final install, they were very informative, professional, and courteous. Casey’s partnership with Generac is evident and made the process easier. Casey even helped by providing information on the different gas provides available in my area.

Excellent service team

The service techs Roy and Brady at Casey Electric in Crestview FL went above and beyond with the repair of our Generac. They called Generac to get our repair covered under warranty. They have earned our business as a new customer.

Expensive is my only concern.

I’m a senior citizen and have a fixed income and the repairs are expensive on my budget. Otherwise the service man was very nice and knowledgeable to work with. I appreciate his advice and service. Thanks for his help.

Dealer great

Roy and Brady were great. Found my generator issue quickly and fixed it. Two professional men. Friendly and answered questions and educated me on the happenings with my generator.

I could not be happier with Casey. Pr

Casey Electric - Great company to work with!

The Casey Electric team, from proposal to installation & generator start-up, were all very professional and a pleasure to work with. All contract requirements were fully met and on schedule.

A pleasure working with them

Casey Electric really was up front and honest with us. We didn't feel pressured into anything unnecessary. We were offered solutions to help navigate financing that otherwise may not have been available to us. Prices were on point. Extremely nice individuals to deal with both on the phone and their workers during installation. We were always informed and given a 'heads up' prior to any knock on the door (even when in the driveway on a scheduled appointment). Generator was explained to us and all warrantee gone over prior to departure. Constantly asking if we understood all that was said. Reminded us we could call them any time if we had any doubts or follow up questions. Casey E. Filled all paperwork for warrantee for, sent originals to us AND emailed all correspondence. We have never felt less stress. All around great company to work with.
