Carroll's Electrical Svc.

Bad service provider

I purchased a Generac generator a few years ago, expecting it to be a dependable solution during outages. Unfortunately, the last two times we lost power, the generator failed to start. I recently had a new technician inspect it and discovered that the wrong spark plugs had been installed—explaining the repeated failures. I’m not the only one with issues. Two of my neighbors, who also bought their Generac units through Carroll’s Electric, have had similar problems. While I still trust the Generac brand, I cannot recommend Carroll’s Electric due to the poor installation and maintenance practices we've experienced.

This dealer takes care of his customers.

We have a Generac, it was installed many years ago. Carroll's installed it, and it has not given us problems. Anytime we call he takes care of us promptly, whether it's a question or just a checkup?

AWFUL!!

Do not contact this dealer for any service work. He does not get back to you and apparently does not know anything about service for existing units. I think all he wants to do is sell new systems.
