We went with CARRIERE HVAC and we had such a great experience. Mike came out the same day and gave us all the information and recommendations we needed to make a choice for a General generator. The process was so smooth and easy. The installation went very smooth and the guys walked us through and explained everything.I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a generator and in the Houston area everybody certainly needs one!!

Professional and Quality

Michael Carriere with Carriere HVAC-Electric, Inc. was very easy to work with and did everything he promised he would do. We got the run-around from another generator company for 14 months before finding Michael and within 2 weeks he had a generator delivered to our house and installed within a reasonable time thereafter. Our family has purchased 2 generators from him now and we are very happy with this company and their knowledge which they've acquired over their 30 years in business. We had a couple hiccups, like any job would but Michael took care of them immediately and was very professional - he even accommodated us to reposition the generator after he had already started to install it. He made sure we were happy with everything until the end. Will definitely recommend him to anyone.

Experienced, integrity driven!

We chose to go with Carriere HVAC because he gave a no nonsense quote and information we could use in choosing who to have install our Gerac. He installed in July of 2020. The generator ran for about 50 hours during the mess caused by Uri in Texas this week. It went on and off during rolling blackouts with no problem. No lost pipes and our pool ran the whole time, preventing damage to the pool. When we texted Michael, he guickly returned our text with the needed information. I would definitely suggest Carriere HVAC for a Generac dealer, and already have.

Michael was flying up New Hampshire for me to install some wiring and plumbing and at the last minute i decided to add a Generac Generator. He told me what i needed and help me before even arriving. when he arrived he installed the generator quickly and professionally. the inspector took one look and said "this guy knows what he is doing" I would recommend Michael anytime
