Carriere Hvac-electric INC

Saved me $$$$ & Down Time

Our Generac 32KW liquid cooled standby generator started running rough, surging and back firing. The company that installed and serviced the unit for the past 9 years ("Brand X") diagnosed the problem as a failing turbo charger and said the unit needed to be replaced. I used this Generac web site to locate certified techs in my area and got a second opinion from Carriere HVAC-Electric. Their diagnostics showed that the gas supply line pressure was too high, so they adjusted the gas pressure regulator setting and had it running right and back in service in less than 30 minutes. They also tightened the hose clamps for the boot between the air cleaner and turbo inlet that "Brand X" left loose during their inspection. This saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs and weeks of generator down time. Carriere has a five star rating for a reason.

very good!!!

Carriere help us with our generator installation and guided all the steps with meter upgrade all the way. not to mention, i have compared 4 quotes and Carriere still the most compatible and great customer service. Thank you Milke, Frank and the crew. We are very satisfied with everything.

Great Service

We ordered a generator and installation from Mike and his team before Hurricane Beryl 'visited' Houston. Despite the increase in his workload Mike managed our expectations as to when installation would occur and he delivered as promised. We have no hesitation in recommending him and his team for a generator install.

Very Satisfied

Mike explained everything clearly, was prompt and courteous, and the installation was done without any worries or complications. The generator has run twice now just like it was supposed to. The peace of mind is worth every dollar.

Great service!

We went with CARRIERE HVAC and we had such a great experience. Mike came out the same day and gave us all the information and recommendations we needed to make a choice for a General generator. The process was so smooth and easy. The installation went very smooth and the guys walked us through and explained everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a generator and in the Houston area everybody certainly needs one!!

Carriere is the Best in the Business

I cannot say enough about Carriere HVAC-Electric! Mike and his crew persevered and got my generator running correctly. I contacted many dealers to no avail but Carriere came through with flying colors! If you're thinking about a backup generator for your home start by contacting Carriere. They did a very professional job and I trust the integrity of this dealer 100%. Nobody services our generator except Carriere.

Professional and Quality

Michael Carriere with Carriere HVAC-Electric, Inc. was very easy to work with and did everything he promised he would do. We got the run-around from another generator company for 14 months before finding Michael and within 2 weeks he had a generator delivered to our house and installed within a reasonable time thereafter. Our family has purchased 2 generators from him now and we are very happy with this company and their knowledge which they've acquired over their 30 years in business. They are very hard working people who appreciate our business and we highly recommend them.

Responsive and did an excellent job

We had a couple hiccups, like any job would but Michael took care of them immediately and was very professional - he even accommodated us to reposition the generator after he had already started to install it. He made sure we were happy with everything until the end. Will definitely recommend him to anyone.
