unlike the other 6 or 7 authorized dealers I had contacted just trying to set up a service call under warranty, Brad Harrison with Carolina Heating Service immediately responded, and was very responsive to my situation, as well as, very professional and personable. He returned calls and did what he said he would do. I would give all but one of the other 6 or 7 dealer I contacted a 1 rating. There was one that would get a 3, but this dealer gets a 5 rating. .

This is one of the finest companies I have dealt with. From their president who came to our house to quote the system , to the office staff, but especially to the 2 highly skilled electricians who spent an entire, long, hot day installing our new generator with optional whole house surge protector....they were outstanding.

Called for service when my power went out and my generator did not come. They where here within an hour and got me going.

Everything involved with the purchase of this generator was perfect. The sales person was very knowledgable and professional. He was prompt for appointments and went out of his way to get everything organized for the installation. The installers were very professional as well. The installation went smoothly and everything looks as if it were there from day one. We would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

In November of 2011, I met with Patrick of Carolina Heating Service to discuss a whole house backup generator from Generac. He was very helpful in discussing with me the options and various items that should be considered in order to match my needs with the right product. By the time I had made a decision, it was late January. Surprisingly, Patrick still remembered nearly every detail of our conversation and made me feel that I mattered.

My sincere thanks to everyone at Carolina Heating for the exceptional service we received during the initial consultation and throughout the installation process of our Generac generator. The consultation with your residential consultant Patrick was much more than we expected. He took a great deal of time asking questions to determine the exact size generator we would need to fit our lifestyle perfectly. His knowledge of the system and its capabilites let us know we had definately chosen the right company. The installation was handled with great professionalism which gave us confidence that the system would work exactly as we had envisioned. As a former business owner, I know first hand what it means to have great people in your emply who consistently give great service and showcase your firm. Please extend our sincere thanks to everyone who had a hand in this project. We could not be more pleased.

We had a 20kw generator installed by Carolina Heating Service. These men were expedient, professional and offered friendly service. They explained everything to me: how it worked, what they did, what I needed to do, etc. ...

Had them come in to fix a problem - when power went off the generator started, but when power was restored, the generator would not shut down. Problem occurred again after service... Also, the automatic recharging (15 minute startup every 14 days) was not engaged and resulted in needing a new battery. These people DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS GENERATOR! I called them back to fix the shut off problem and was billed for the visit - good customer service huh? They screw up and charge me to screw it up again!!
