Carolina Generators, LLC

Generac research.

Will follow all guidelines. Have never owned a Generic.

Great Company!

Brad, Justin and the gang at Carolina Generators LLC are incredible! They are responsive, flexible, and really know their stuff! I would HIGHLY recommend them for any and all of your generator needs. I could not have found a better group to work with. In the parlance of the 70's "THEY ROCK"!

EXCELLENT!!!

This company raises the bar for excellence. From start to finish they were there every step, on time every time. The entire team is professional but very personable. I would HIGHLY recommend. We are expecting bad weather this weekend and now we don't have to worry about a power outage and trying to find somewhere to stay because of newly installed GENERAC home generator. THANK YOU Carolina Generators, LLC

The best!

I worked with Carolina Generators and boy they are the best. Brad Harrison was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them. Brad answered all my questions and is always there when I needed them. Thanks.

Great work

I have great confidence in the Generac generator I had installed, but I have to give Brad of Carolina Generators 5 stars for his work getting my generator installed. Friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable, I would recommend Carolina Generators over any of the other contractors I spoke with, hands down.

This dealer is better than GREA

I had a great experience with Brad and his crew at Carolina Generators, LLC. For the past year I have been looking for a reliable company to install a whole home 22Kw at my home. Eight quotes later I was not satisfied with the companies or the quotes. I called Brad and he came straight to my house and got the information needed for a quote. To shorten my review a week later the complete system was installed including the LP gas hookup. Brad and his crew did a perfect installation beyond my expectation. Power and gas lines are hidden and not seen. Wow what a great installation and friendly personnel. I was asked how I wanted wires and gas lines placed. Brad made sure I was satisfied with installation before he left. You can not beat this type of service. On a scale of 1-10 Brad's work equals a 12. Great Job

Great Experience

Had a great experience with Brad and his crew at Carolina Generators, LLC. When the control board for my 20 KW Generac failed (invasion of ants shorting out the board), I went looking for a new service provider to replace the people that originally installed the unit several years ago. The original provider has not provided timely or reliable service on several occasions. While he could have sent a crew out that day, Brad wanted to come see the issues for himself due to some difficulties we have experienced in the past associated with environmental/geological conditions in the mountains. He came promptly as promised, had everything needed to get the unit back on line in one visit. He also identified a longer-term solution to improve the unit reliability. Another one of his crews came the next day to rework the installation and implement that solution. Everything was done professionally and at the highest levels of workmanship. Carolina Generators far exceeded my expectations and I look forward to having them service my generator going forward.

I trust their knowledge and their responsiveness.

I have had a 20 KW propane powered Generac for my home for about 5 years. Brad Harrison and his personnel were my source of purchase and installation and have responded promptly whenever I needed information and on the rare occasion that I needed a non-routine service call. I am totally satisfied and recommend them.
