I had a great experience with Brad and his crew at Carolina Generators, LLC. For the past year I have been looking for a reliable company to install a whole home 22Kw at my home. Eight quotes later I was not satisfied with the companies or the quotes. I called Brad and he came straight to my house and got the information needed for a quote. To shorten my review a week later the complete system was installed including the LP gas hookup. Brad and his crew did a perfect installation beyond my expectation. Power and gas lines are hidden and not seen. Wow what a great installation and friendly personnel. I was asked how I wanted wires and gas lines placed. Brad made sure I was satisfied with installation before he left. You can not beat this type of service. On a scale of 1-10 Brad's work equals a 12. Great Job

Great Experience

Had a great experience with Brad and his crew at Carolina Generators, LLC. When the control board for my 20 KW Generac failed (invasion of ants shorting out the board), I went looking for a new service provider to replace the people that originally installed the unit several years ago. The original provider has not provided timely or reliable service on several occasions.

I trust their knowledge and their responsiveness.

I have had a 20 KW propane powered Generac for my home for about 5 years. Brad Harrison and his personnel were my source of purchase and installation and have responded promptly whenever I needed information and on the rare occasion that I needed a non-routine service call.
