Terribly unprofessional

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is Carly’s mom. I called her on a Saturday during the recent rainstorm when our generator stopped working properly and described what was happening. I explained that I did not want someone to come out for an ER call and that I would wait and be put on the schedule for tech to look over the unit and then do a maintenance on top of whatever it needed. I was scheduled for Tuesday. The mom called Tuesday morning at 10:12 am to let me know the tech would be at my house later that day and she would call me back to let me know when so I would be home. I got a call from the Generac tech,Carly, on her cell at 11:12 am that she was at my house and no one was here. I explained that mom was supposed to let me know when tech would be at the house for me to be home but she never called back. I told Carly that my garage door was open and she could do whatever work that needed to be done as I would be home shortly. I got home and no one was here doing any work on the generator. So I called the Carlys cell # 3 times to ask what was going on but she had her phone turned off. I called the business phone and left a message to let me know what transpired while the tech was here. The mom called me back and was unbelievably rude. She called me dishonest and told me that I called for a simple tune up to the unit and no one was home to speak to. I actually had to tell her to stop speaking as she was talking me like we never had any communication prior to this phone call. She said Carly said the spark plug exploded and took a picture of my rusted out unit and left without touching anything. Uhhh my unit is not rusted out. I will post a picture. I called a different Generac service provider the same day and explained everything that had transpired with the unit and the other company. They came out Wednesday which was the next day, their tech showed me what was wrong with the unit which was a spark plug unhooked from the unit. He replaced the plugs and gave it a tune up which took an hour and the generator is in great working condition. This Carly tech and her mother, as her customer service, are 2 of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with in construction. I can’t even rate her work as she never even did anything!!!
