Carl F. Smith

Very professional

Excellent professional service. Job well done! Would recommend

Highly recommend

Carl was responsive, on time and extremely knowledgeable. Represented the company and product well. Very pleased.

Ughhhh

Is as about as responsible as a 6 year being left alone in a candy store. Doesn't return calls, never shows when he is supposed to and is embarrassing to be connected to Generac as the product is great.

This dealer is very unreliable

Wont return calls.Makes promises he doesn't keep. Says they'll take care of you and then ignores you. A bad representative for an excellent product.

Not communicative!

Have been trying to get a return phone call for 3 months to set up an appointment for servicing a 3 year old unit. Can't even be bothered to return phone calls! therefore can't rate anything else regarding his ability!

Carl was terrific !!!

Carl Smith is a true professional who diagnosed and fixed our generator in the timeframe he stated and at the cost he stated. I was so impressed by his expertise that I am having him on an annual contract to service our system. I would recommend him to anyone looking for service or to purcahse and install a generator.

Call this person 3 weeks ago

I called this person 3 & 2 weeks ago as my generator does not start. I left message on his answer machine both times and he has yet to call me back. I don't feel he is responsible to be included in you repair service.
