Captain Electric LLC

Great to work with

Great products and service. We are always satisfied with the service people and their work.

Amazing Experience

I had been trying to get a generator (that I purchased more than a year ago) installed and functioning without any success in finding a contractor that could get it done. Throughout the process, from my initial contact with Roger, to the work performed by Siala, Thomas, and Jared, I totally loved working with YES! It was one of best customer service experiences I have ever experienced!

Great Service

Great Generator Maintenance, taken care of every time.

best contractor I have ever worked with

Professional from start to finish. Fantastic people to work with. Were there when they said they would be and every on of their employees were fantastic

No response period

I called and left a message, sent a message thru the web site, called again and that was a few months ago. I still never got any contact from them. Would not think if they would not even return a sales call that they would be very responsive to service calls should you need them.

This installer is one of the best I have seen.

Captain Electric is top notch. Everything was done in a timely manner and the neatly. When the inspector from the power company came he to was impressed by the nice looking job that was done. Best part is the thing works as it should. I highly recommend these folks.

Top Notch from Start to Finish!

I am super happy with my 22kW Generac whole home generator installation by Captain Electric! They were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and had outstanding attention to detail which is not an easy quality to find in a contractor these days! I’m a VERY particular person and the fact that they met all of my expectations is not an easy task to do! If I ever need electrical work done again at a fair price, I will most definitely call on Captain Electric and recommend them to all of my friends!

Great Work and Professionalism

After talking with several electricians about adding a home generator, I selected to go Captain Electric. I am so happy I did. From start to finish I was always kept up to date on the progress of the project, and they met every commitment made. The installations was clean and professionally done, and I am quite happy with the end result. I greatly appreciate Joe, and his entire team of electricians for a job well done. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service

Captain Electric did a great job installing our 22kW generator. Easy to deal with.

Failed to show up for appointment

The first thing I noticed about this company is that most of the time no one answers the phone, you get voice mail The second thing I noticed is that when you leave a voice mail, no one calls back. You always have to call them again. This happened a number of times over about a 10 day period but I finally got an appointment time that worked for me and the company. They didn't show up so a half hour later, I called to see if anyone was actually coming and got the voice mail. Half hour after that I called again, told the lady the service guy had not shown up nor called and he was an hour late. I told her I'd called and left a message a half hour earlier and no one had responded to that voice mail. I got some excuses from her but told her I wanted to cancel the appointment. More excuses and I finally told her I wanted the appointment cancelled as I preferred to do business with companies who did what they said they would. Biggest reason? If you cannot even get them to show up on time or answer voice mail, what do you suppose you could expect if you had a problem with their work?
