No response period
I called and left a message, sent a message thru the web site, called again and that was a few months ago. I still never got any contact from them. Would not think if they would not even return a sales call that they would be very responsive to service calls should you need them.

This installer is one of the best I have seen.
Captain Electric is top notch. Everything was done in a timely manner and the neatly. When the inspector from the power company came he to was impressed by the nice looking job that was done. Best part is the thing works as it should. I highly recommend these folks.
