Cannondale Generators

Very knowledgeable

Snowbird here - really appreciated the detailed conversation over the phone. They went over our power use. I didn't feel the hard sell pressure I got from other companies. You can tell this is not just something they do on the side They seem to be uncommonly knowledgeable.

New Generator Success

During the July storm that left my family and I without power for 3 days, we decided it was time to get a generator. We got estimates from a few companies but decided that Cannondale was the right choice. I ask a lot of questions and my salesman Tony and their install coordinator Stephen have been great with keeping me updated and informed about the installation process. They will also provide yearly maintenance after the install to make sure it’s always working properly.

Poor service

Cannondale has not been a good maintenance provider for me

awful

all they care about is the overpriced service they gouge their customers on. if you want to talk to someone about a bill they take forever to get back to you. move on

Horrendous

Gets serviced twice a year but never seems to work. And they always seem to have some excuse. What's the point of paying so much for the service if they cannot even ensure it will work.

No Returned Calls

This sounds like a broken record after reading the other reviews. Am the property manager for a home connected to a Generac generator, and represent the new owner of the property. Cannondale was supposedly servicing the machine and initially I wanted to set up the new account. However, I now have an error message on the generator, and it isn't working. Have left four messages over three weeks with a very polite person who answers the phone and promises that a technician will call me back, but so far I've heard nothing back from this company.

Dealer is no so great

Service techs have minimum knowledge, not real responsive, argumentative, not real reliable, communication with Owners frustrating, call center support frustrating, last emergency call never showed, could not get support, ended up handling situation by homeowner, customer loyalty not so good, even under contract – buyer beware, do your research.
