all they care about is the overpriced service they gouge their customers on. if you want to talk to someone about a bill they take forever to get back to you. move on

Horrendous

Gets serviced twice a year but never seems to work. And they always seem to have some excuse. What's the point of paying so much for the service if they cannot even ensure it will work.

No Returned Calls

This sounds like a broken record after reading the other reviews. Am the property manager for a home connected to a Generac generator, and represent the new owner of the property. Cannondale was supposedly servicing the machine and initially I wanted to set up the new account. However, I now have an error message on the generator, and it isn't working. Have left four messages over three weeks with a very polite person who answers the phone and promises that a technician will call me back, but so far I've heard nothing back from this company.

Dealer is no so great

Service techs have minimum knowledge, not real responsive, argumentative, not real reliable, communication with Owners frustrating, call center support frustrating, last emergency call never showed, could not get support, ended up handling situation by homeowner, customer loyalty not so good, even under contract \u2013 buyer beware, do your research.

Terrible service even with contract

Non-responsive on email and phone when it mattered the most during summer storm. Tried numerous times to reach, finally showed up to their office and there was a line of angry customers. It's times like that when you know who you can trust. Grade F

Unprofessional and Careless

We bought a home with a generator that Cannondale installed a year earlier. After receiving the runaround about a maintenance contract, we decided not to use them for our service. Now a year later, we experienced a generator failure after a severe storm outage. We've learned that Cannondale installed the generator incorrectly. It was carelessly set for propane fuel instead of natural gas, and the unit now needs an engine overhaul.

Non-Responsive, Don't Answer their Phones

I've tried calling this company for over a week with no response. If you call, you get directed to an answering service that gives you canned non-helpful responses and promise a call back (which will never happen) just to get you off the phone. Generac should cut ties with this dealer.

Epic Failure

Unresponsive to telephone calls and subsequent service request. An emergency service provider should have its own backup plan. Curt- unapologetic staff 4 weeks after the outage. Owner should take responsibility for inability to provide timely communication to customers (let alone repair service). 5+ weeks and we\u2019re still not repaired.

The worst service provider!

Zero customer follow-up, unresponsive to calls for service. Time to move on, cannot count on Cannondale Generators.

Service could not be worse.

The only thing that could make there service worse would be for them to come over to my house and kick my dog.
