Campbell Refrigeration & Elect LLC

Fantastic job!

The Campbell team did an amazing job on a difficult installation. My home is historic with modern updates and presented many installation challenges. They provided a quick and accurate estimate, accomodated every request I made, completed the work promptly and have been responsive to follow-up questions about my new Generac System. I heartily recomend this business!

Family-owned

As the world goes to bigger corporations, it is nice to have a family-owned business that excels in what they do. They are the most friendliest hard-working salt of the Earth people that makes the entire process easy. I also love the fact that they do yearly service as well there are one stop shop for everything and I love it.

Great crew

Had a new NexGen 22 kw installed yesterday and the guys did an awesome job installing. The transfer switch wiring and long with panel wire were very clean. My panel before the install was a rats nest. The installer took his time and cleaned it all up. Very happy and would strongly recommend.

Very satisfied

We had a great experience with the team at Campbell’s from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for your standby generator installation as well as yearly maintenance. Staff is very knowledgeable!

Highly recommend

Great service, no issues with contacting them for maintenance on my home generator. Definitely recommend a local family run business.

Family owned Masters

Multi-generational family owned business, veterans all. I appreciate the personal touch combined with mastery of all facets of their trades: electrical, gas, refrigeration, heating & cooling. Stan, Scott and Randy Campbell have 100+ years of experience and it shows. They show up with all of that and tackle even the most difficult tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Does not return calls

Called several times to get work done on many occasions. The last time I called three times and no returned calls. Hard to get them to fix things on time.

Gold Standard in home standby generator installation

Campbell Electric very competitive pricing versus the 3 other installers who quoted. They always return your phone call same day. Installation was 1st class. Excellent ongoing service support after installation. Potential buyers of Generac home standby generators would be remiss not to include Campbell in their search process.

Don't Deal with them !

Can't repair stuff or doesn't want to. Doesn't answer calls and just blows you off. Terrible Customer Service. Had unit insatl but hasnt run after a month or so.

Poor Communication Poor Customer Service

Did not return phone calls or emails. Never came back to complete the set up for the monitoring app or with the gas company as promised. Would not recommend and would not use going forward for yearly maintenance or any service. Communication on installation process was inconsistent each time discussed. Stay away.
