Does not return calls

Called several times to get work done on many occasions. The last time I called three times and no returned calls. Hard to get them to fix things on time.

Campbell Electric very competitive pricing versus the 3 other installers who quoted. They always return your phone call same day. Installation was 1st class. Excellent ongoing service support after installation. Potential buyers of Generac home standby generators would be remiss not to include Campbell in their search process.

Don't Deal with them !

Can't repair stuff or doesn't want to. Doesn't answer calls and just blows you off. Terrible Customer Service. Had unit insatl but hasnt run after a month or so.

Poor Communication Poor Customer Service

Did not return phone calls or emails. Never came back to complete the set up for the monitoring app or with the gas company as promised. Would not recommend and would not use going forward for yearly maintenance or any service. Communication on installation process was inconsistent each time discussed. Stay away.

Got terrible service from them after the install. Install was even short a part.
