Terrific customer service
I experienced terrific customer service when picking up my pre-ordered portable generator. They had the generator completely set up as well as ready for me to transport home and went over the most important aspects of running and maintaining the generator as well as reminding a number of times to be certain to read the manual thoroughly before using. I was also told if I had any questions or needed assistance to call or to come by and talk with a service dept. personnel in person.
