I could not be more pleased in making this choice to go with this dealer to install my new Generac. They were class all the way, and gave me realistic time frames on when the Generator could be installed. The installation went smoothly and follow-up questions were addressed immediately. We recently had our Generator Installed and are pleased with the results. Registered for estimate on website, confirmed appointment with estimator via email. Got reminder in email day before that they were coming. Estimator no-showed. When contacted estimator apologized and said my appointment did not make the schedule.

A young man by the name of Kyle did the instillation , and I highly recommend him . How they worked in that cold I don't know . I was impressed with the neatness of the wiring and generator hook up . There was nothing for me to clean up. Kyle was patient when explaining how everything worked , and even hooked up my wi fi . I would recommend him to anyone . Nice job !
