Burkhardt A/c, Htg, & Ref INC

Call Pan Am Power for LC

I called & they said they only service AC generators, NOT LC units. I live in a bog house & a Generac LC is better for my home in Beau Chene, every time I call them they act like they are doing me a favor.

Attention to detail!

We bought a generator with Burkhardt and very glad we went with them. Joey was so helpful with the whole process! We had a challenging situation because of where the gas connection and mini split were located. They were able to figure out the most appropriate and aesthetically pleasing place to locate it, plus they took care to protect the lawn as much as possible at installation. Colton did a tremendous job along with his crew! After it was set, he explained everything we needed to know about the generator. Burkhardt has been in business a long time for a reason. If you want peace of mind with your generator purchase pick these guys!

Easy to use and reliable.

Purchased the generator in September. Burkhardt did an amazing and professional job on the installation. I asked prior to installation that some additional items be installed for my portable generator and they did a great job on that as well. The technicians went through thoroughly on starting and stopping/operations and maintenance routines.

Confident in My Purchase!

When deciding to purchase a generator for my new home I knew Burkhardt was the company of my choice. I have worked with Burkhart for past years with my previous generator as well as heating and cooling services. Outstanding professional staff as well as quality products. They knew exactly what to recommend for the size of my home and have gone above and beyond in helping me to understand the generator. I highly recommend Burkhart!

Awesome experience!

We had a great experience working with Joey from Burkhardt to have our generator installed. She worked with us every step of the way to make sure that everything was done properly. I highly recommend them if you're considering one for your home!

Great company!

Burkhardt is a wonderful company. Their customer service has been amazing from the lady who came out to provide the estimate and worked with me on purchasing the generator (shout out to Joey!) to the team who came out and installed the generator. They helped me with my HOA paperwork and took care of all of the permits for us. The entire process was a breeze!

Life-Changing Investment

I recently had a 24kW Generac whole home generator installed by Burkhardt Heating and Air, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! I heard about Burkhardt from friends, and their glowing recommendations did not disappoint. The installation process was impressively quick, and the technicians were both knowledgeable and friendly. A special shoutout to Joey, the solutions specialist we worked with—she was great! She took the time to address all my concerns, particularly about how the generator would integrate with our solar panels. Her expertise put my mind at ease. Since the installation, we haven’t experienced any power outages yet, but I love knowing that the generator kicks on once a week for its self-test. It’s reassuring to know that we have a reliable backup in place. I highly recommend Burkhardt Heating and Air to anyone considering a generator installation. They are fast, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. Investing in a Generac generator has truly been life-changing for us!
