    Burkhardt is a disappointment.

    I have found this company to be disappointing.I do not recomend them.

    failure to show for appointment

    made an appointment a week or so ahead of time and reconfirmed by phone the day before.On appointment day (1pm) no show after 15 minutes so I called. They said they were running 30-45 minutes late. 2pm still no show so I called again and they said it would be another hour so I said fine. 3pm I left and called to tell them cancel the estimate. They wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule...ha, no chance. I need a new A/C as well, guess who I'm not going to call.

    Didn't show up

    Made an appointment for a site assessment/estimate for the purchase and installation of a 24kw generator. They didn't show up or call to reschedule. Very disappointing.

    Richard gave me the best estimate out of the four contractors I contacted...He installed a 22 KW generator on a sturdy aluminum stand....Beautiful job...Thanks Richard....
