Service Responsiveness
After nearly 3 months of numerous phone calls and emails requesting routine annual maintenance service which were never acknowledged, two service men finally arrived without advanced notice. Although they performed the required maintenance in an efficient and professional manner, I had also previously requested during several of my previous calls that one of the circuits to be re-routed to accommodate a different appliance. Although they could not make the adjustment, I was informed the owner would call me back that day. I have yet to hear from him after 5 days and am concerned I may go through the same delays as previously experienced. Not the best experience I imagined.
