Burgeson's Heating & A/c INC

Power all the time!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Burgeson’s Installing. Having a 26kW Generac generator installed felt like a big decision, but they made the entire process easy and stress-free. From the first conversation, we felt confident we were in good hands. The crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and treated our home with respect. They took the time to explain everything in a way we could actually understand and made sure we were comfortable using the system before they left. You can tell they truly care about doing the job right, not just getting it done. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism with genuine care, but Burgeson’s Installing does exactly that. We’re extremely grateful for their work and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a whole-home generator.

5 STARS

We had a Generac generator installed by Burgeson’s and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, handled all the details, and completed the job on schedule. The generator works flawlessly and gives us real peace of mind knowing our home is protected during power outages. Highly recommend Burgeson’s for anyone considering a Generac generator!

Install was great

We are very happy with our new Generac generator. Your recommended dealer in our area was Burgeson's Heating & A/C. The whole process was seamless from Steven's initial site review & estimate. The install was even better. The men showed up on time, kept us informed on their progress each day. When they finished we were shown how to operate the generator. Looks like it does it all. We recommend Generac and Burgeson's every chance we get.

Beyond satisfied

I called them for an estimate on a generator, they were very professional and showed up when they said they would. They completed the project on time and cleaned up as if they weren't ever at my house. We had a power outage and the generator started up and supplied power to my house like the explained it would. My wife and I are extremely happy with Burgeson's and would refer them without a doubt.

.Extra Charge for Maintenance

This business charges an ADDITIONAL $109 to perform routine maintenance on Generac. The $109 is a bundle charge for HVAC-electrical-plumbing. I scheduled the appointment for routine maintenance on my Generac, and the business said I had to pay the $109 bundle charge of which I was unaware of this business policy until AFTER the maintenance was completed.
