Built Right Generators LLC

Bad experienc No Licenses

We hired Build Right Generators for our generator installation, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The installation quality was poor, and when the electrical inspection was performed, numerous code violations and deficiencies were identified that required correction. After doing our research, we found no record that Build Right Generators holds a New Jersey Electrical Contractor License or a New Jersey Mechanical Contractor License. We also were never informed who would actually be performing the electrical and mechanical work at our home. Homeowners deserve to know exactly who is performing the work and whether those individuals and the company are properly licensed. Before hiring any contractor, ask for their New Jersey Electrical Contractor License, Mechanical Contractor License (if applicable), proof of insurance, and the name of the licensed contractor who will be responsible for the work. Verify this information with the appropriate New Jersey licensing agencies before signing a contract. This review reflects our personal experience. We encourage everyone to do their own research and verify all licensing, insurance, and qualifications before hiring any contractor.

Fixed What Two Other Comp

After spending way too much with another service company that kept replacing parts and guessing, these guys showed up, diagnosed the real issue in 15 minutes, and had it fixed same-day. No upsell, no nonsense. Just honest, skilled work — and at half the cost of what I’d already spent.

The perfect installer for your Generac !!!

Built Right should write the textbook on how Generac Generators should be iproperly nstalled and serviced. Paul - the owner of Built Right - is an experienced and dedicated perfectionist. From beginning to end, he has been an absolute joy to work with. He not only has experience with the Generac generators, but he is extraordinarliy capable at trouble-shooting any problems associated with the installation process - be they structural, mechanical, electrical and/or gas line related - so that the finisihed job is a perfectly installed, perfectly operating Generac generator. I consider it a true privilige and good fortune to have had Paul install my Generac generator. I cannot recommend him any more highly. His company is a most valuable asset to Generac. If you hire Paul and Built Right you are guaranteed a trouble free process from site survey to permits to installation to final operation. A rare gem of a man and a superb company to work with.
