Was fine when they came. Not so good after that. ☹️

They came out the first time and took care of the problem. Set me up on an annual service call and the following year, gave me the phone call to schedule my service maintenance. The service representative on the phone said he would be back in touch with me within a couple of weeks, that was in early June of 2019. To this day I have not heard from them or anyone from Generac.

Helped me when I really needed it

I have a very old generator that has been working for way longer than it should. My mechanic was on vacation so I called Budagher's on a whim, over the weekend and they called out a tech in less than 2 hours. Saved the freezer, fridge and kept the heat on and water pump working. My family is so thankful! A four hour response from call to repair was way more than I expected.

Very Helpful For New Customer To Home Standby Generators

This is my first generator and there are a lot of things to think about to get the right product. The salesgirl was able to walk me through things to think about, misconceptions and the entire turnkey process. The consultation proved to guide me to the correct size for my needs and confidence in an outage that I would have the power I need. Not to mention the follow up on the service and maintenance side! I recommend giving them a call to discuss your ideas and plan for a generator!

Monday my generator broke down. With one phone call this company had a tech at my house mid morning Tuesday with everything needed to fix my generator.

Not running a business here

The woman who is running this business is way to hard to find in a situation where she can take an order. Either that or she doesn't answer the phone. It shouldn't take 5 to 10 calls to get a part ordered. We are done.
