When we decided to buy a whole home generator, we called on what we considered to be the top three Generac dealers in our area. By far, Brown's Electrical Contractors, Inc. came out on top. Mr. Brown took all the time we needed and answered all of our questions without rushing us. Every detail was explained and backed up with brochures and paperwork. The price was very reasonable, as well! We were told up front that there were supply chain issues and Ms. Kimberly in the office kept us updated on when our Generac would be delivered. The installation was on time, done to perfection, and we now have peace of mind because we are protected 24/7 by Generac and Brown Electrical Contractors!

This company is professional from start to finish. From the office staff being kind and friendly, and the technicians knowledgeable, explained everything that we should know about the generator and installation process. I would highly recommend Brown\u2019s Electrical.

I would highly recommended Brown's Electrical. Due to Covid-19, First, I like to start off by saying that I was extremely impresses with Brown's Electrical because all of the custom commercial grade PPE every employees wore. They even wore shoe covers which I really appreciated. They arrived on time. They were did not take a break. They worked straight through the entire job. It was fantastic to see that they worked every minute until the finish the entire job.

Start up problems were resolved very quickly and in a very courteous and professional manner. I am pleased with our dealer and will recommend!

I called Generac for service on my newly installed generator. It had an error 1505 ( RPM Sync Loss). Generac recommended the dealer. The guy started the repair and cleared the code. The generator did not get fixed and I had to pay for his visit. He couldn't find what is wrong with it but he started to argue that a lot of things are wrong with it. From the battery to the gas line and the wire going to it, seemed like according to him - everything can be the issue.I called him back and he said that he will call me back but never did.I called another dealer and 15 minutes later, he found the issue and assured me that it was a warranty issue. All it ended up being was a relay that was fixed under warranty. The new guy assured me that everything was installed ok and there was nothing wrong with the original battery either.

Mr Brown was very nice and thorough. He has a vast knowledge of the products and he worked in a timely manner.

This dealer, Brown Electrical, has been right there when my family needed them. They are always professional and knowledgeable about the problems we call on them to resolve. They perform the service timely and completely. We have never had to call them back for the same problem. I highly recommend them to all my friends and aquaintencies.
