From the 1st phone call to final installation, every aspect of the purchase and installation was clearly communicated. Dealer kept appointment for install as promised at the 1st meeting, and fully explained owner's responsibilities for preparation. Dealer handled the needed contact with utility company, and inspector. All arrived on schedule. This was by far the most stress free home improvement project we have experienced.

A Very Pleased Customer

Having used a Generac 7000XL Portable Generator for the past fifteen years as our backup power source it was time to make the leap to a whole house Generac Standby Generator. While doing my research I read the reviews from Brodrick Hughes Energy and they really stood out as the company I\u2019d want to install my standby generator.March 9th was install day with Bing and his crew arriving with the generator. While Bing was working on the beaker panel inside our home Mike and Mark were setting everything up outside. It was so very impressive to watch the whole operation as they worked together like a well-oiled machine. The coordination with the inspector, electric company and the propane company was all handled seamlessly by Brodrick Hughes Energy as well. They arrived around 8AM to start the generator install and before 12 noon they were all finished..
