Brite - Gen, INC

TOP NOTCH!!!

This has been the smoothest transaction with a larger purchase I’ve ever made in my entire life. I can’t express my gratitude and appreciation enough for this family owned long running business. I spoke to quite a few people along the way and every single person was an absolute rock star. I called with a some questions at the beginning and George the owner answered the phone. He was incredibly friendly, patient and never rushed me to finish up the call. I cannot imagine how busy they were when I called given the recent winter storm. I’ve wanted a Generac for a very long time and I am so thankful I found these guys. Family owned, family run, family INVOLVED! What a concept!!😊 Derrick was my sales person and extremely responsive doesn’t even begin to do justice to his professional, knowledgeable and speedy response times. I can’t recommend this company any higher 10 out of a 5!! They offer an amazing payment plans if that’s of interest, the monitoring was the lowest of any of the 5 higher estimates I received. They also offer a 10 year warranty which is not standard.. Look no further for your Generac dealer, these guys are incredible!

28kw

I just wanna say that Brite Gen did a fantastic job installing my generator. They were polite on time and everything was done. Perfect the prices were unbeatable 10 year warranty maintenance. Everything included and I would recommend them to anybody who wants to get a generator put in the house.

Flawless install

We had a 24kW Generac installed and the dealer was outstanding from start to finish. Great communication, showed up on time, kept the work area neat, and walked me through the system and app before leaving. Everything looks clean and works perfectly—highly recommend.
