I had a problem with my initial Generac install done by a different electric contractor. Briscall responded to my call promptly and were able to come right out to my home. They quickly identified the problem and ordered the part, on the phone while I was standing there. He answered all of my questions and they promptly called when the part was in hand. They arrived at the date and time I requested and got the issue fixed quickly.I am very satisfied with Briscall and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing any electrical work done at their home, not just for Generac.
