Briscall Electric

Great service

Excellent to work with. Answers texts and phone calls promptly. Very helpful.

Poor Company

Very poor communication after they have been paid 1/2 deposit. The install date was delayed 4x and did not arrive on time day of install. The unit was damaged they assured us it was fine. Been waiting on walk thru, had to pay 2 service trips charges by propane company due to battery not being installed when they did install install. Had to wait several weeks and as of today 12-16 still no lid or walk thru as promised.

Responsive, Friendly Experts

I had a problem with my initial Generac install done by a different electric contractor. Briscall responded to my call promptly and were able to come right out to my home. They quickly identified the problem and ordered the part, on the phone while I was standing there. He answered all of my questions and they promptly called when the part was in hand. They arrived at the date and time I requested and got the issue fixed quickly. I am very satisfied with Briscall and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing any electrical work done at their home, not just for Generac.

Great Dealer and Great Service

A local dealer who installed a quality product. Great advice on unit size and brand. Professional service, installation and follow-up.

This dealer is tops.

I very highly recommend this dealer. Very professional, polite, and shows up when he says he will.
