I went to this repair center to have my portable generac generator repaired. It stopped working after only 40 hours of service. I made an appointment to have it fixed and when I took it there I had to wait an hour for the mechanic to arrive and then the owner told me I should leave it there and maybe they would fix it by the end of the day. I had already waited two weeks for my appointment. I did not want to leave it and had explained this to the mechanic. The boss said "Take it somewhere else.". This dealer has bit off more than he can chew. If you want your equipment fixed in a timely manner then you should definitely "Take it somewhere else." I have never had any problems with my other generators. I will not be buying Generac again.
