Brickhouse Services

BEST DEALER EVER

The installation was on time and outstandingly professional. They arranged for the power company to pull/return the meter and for the electric inspector to verify the work. As an included part of the installation they fed a new service wire from the meter to the basement electric panel (the old wire was some 50 yrs old and the outer insulation had begun cracking). Unfortunately, during an evening power outage 30 days later, the generator blew up (1st case for Rick in some 20 yrs for this generator model to fail) - but Rick was on site within 30 minutes, analyzed the problem and offered to install a new generator that very night. I insisted that he wait for daylight, and he showed up at dawn the next day and replaced the destroyed unit. The new unit has been working flawlessly (for several outages - power company a bit less-than-reliable) for over a year now, and we are grateful for the peace of mind and for having a reliable dealer.

Great dealer to work with

Rick and Jona came and installed the generac in one day . They did a excellent and clean looking job, after installed they explained the operation of the unit. They took care of all permits that had to be done. Yes I recommend this dealer

5-years after installation - nothing but praise for dealer!

This dealership is outstanding. We had an ice storm and the electric company didn't want to pull the meter for installation - BUT Brickhouse was there on time and ready to work. We got the meter pulled and they did their job in terrible conditions. They have serviced the generator for 5 years. They arrive on time, are professional, and have all the parts and tools with them. Outstanding!

their the best thing that happened to the endless mountains.
