Excellent Experience

I called Costco to schedule an estimate. Nick showed up at the time scheduled and provided us an estimate. When we were ready to move forward Jim showed up to do a pre-install inspection that went very smooth. The install was scheduled and Jim & team showed up on time to perform the install. All work was performed to my satisfaction and the gas inspection was scheduled / performed successfully. Jim & team came back out to perform the final hook-up and test start the generator. The only issue I had was that Generac shipped the generator without connecting the WI-FI module connector. Generac provided a case number and Brennan was out the next day to fix the issue. This was a very positive experience.

From start to finish Seatown performed perfectly according to the contract with us. They were on time and experts when it came to wiring the 16kw Generac and connecting it to the gas line. They checked every circuit in the house, installed an appropriate breaker to protect against overload and gave lucid instructions. Within one week the power went out for 5 hours and the Generac kicked in, providing power for everything. Neighbors envious!

Worst Customer Service

Brennan Heating and Cooling is the worst vendor I have ever worked with in my 30 years as a home owner. We were having issues with our furnance. Without doing a thorough diagnostic, they pushed the purchase of a brand new furnace. After installation of the furnace, it was not the furnace at all. It took them 7 months to finally rectify the issue. Then when they did rectify it, they ended up drilling into the wall and hitting a water pipe unbeknown to me, and a month later had to have major work to repair damage in the wall. Totally poor response to working through issue. Had to call them monthly to try to get someone to come out to fix the issue. Even with that, they still sent the bill every month. I will definitely not be using them again.

Won't do repairs if they didn't install

I scheduled Generator service with Brennan and added on a furnace cleaning. They cleaned my furnace and then said they won't repair my Generac generator since I didn't purchase it from them. They wasted my time, as I waited a couple of weeks for the appointment before learning that they would not provide service.
