Customer Service Super Stars!
With the original installer of my generator out of business, I was in a bind trying to get service. Bradeen Electric really stepped up, serviced my Generac and left me informational material about my unit. I will be purchasing another Generac for a different property this year and will absolutely be going through Bradeen.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we have received!
We are very pleased with the service we have received. From initial order of the generator, to installation and everything in between. If we ever have questions we receive a response in a timely fashion. Best investment we ever made!!!

Initial interaction great, but ZERO follow through.
Initial interaction began December of 2018. A few emails back and forth, set up a consultation and recieved general information. Very prompt answers and discussion. Winter and spring came and went, snow melted and I emailed to inquire about installation. Signed contract in May, next few months very limited interaction. During July, inquired again about installation, wanted to have job completed before Aug 7 2019 because Generac 10 year free warranty promo expired. Was assured it would be done. More emails sent to dealer asking when, received no response. Asked after promo expired if there was any plan to complete work, again no response (10 days later). Overall VERY disappointed with experience and would NOT recommend.
