Very Good Experience!

We bought and had Brackett Heating & Air Cond INC. install a new Generac generator. The service and speed of the installation was beyond expectations. We experienced a minor error when the generator performed its first schedule self-test. The Brackett team responded quickly and fixed the issue that was due to a new gas regulator installed earlier this year by the utility company that was over pressuring the regulator at the generator. Brackett put in a new regulator that could handle the conversion.

Very happy with my Install of HVAC/generator

Brackett installed HVAC system to addition and uupstairs bed and bath plus a whole house generator. I am in process of moving in and they had to work around alot of bboxes and belongings. All the guys were friendly and knowledgeable about their work. Cleaned up well and so far everything is running and cooling my house. Their electricians were really great to work with and even did some electrical work I needed fixed on the older part of house. Kenny was very good at what he did and Bobby explained everything about the generator that I would need to know.and also finished up some little odds and ends. Sorry I didn't catch the names of the others that helped. The install stretched out a little but the coordinating with gas, electric and all was handled. I see they now have a plumbing service now, I will be contacting them for that work when I get totally moved in and know my needs. Thank you so very much!

Job well done

Crew lead Bobby and his apprentice Camden arrived prompt at 0830 and worked all day to install our new Generac whole house generator. It was the hottest day of the year but that didn't effect how well they did their job. Answered all of my questions, walked me through how to troubleshoot the most common issues and even helped me connect to the app for my Generac. They left the area clean. They were very respectful of any requests that we made. Highly recommend Brackett for your Generac generator needs.

We had Brackett install a Generac generator for my mother-in-law's house. It was not an easy project since the gas meter was at one end of the house and the electric was at the other end of the house. They did an EXCELLENT job on the project and a very reasonable price. They were professional to work with on the project and completed it quickly. We are all very pleased that we chose Brackett for this project and would use them again without hesitation.
