Service and diagnosis

Rodney responded immediately after calling him and he helped to diagnose the problem. We had been told we would need a new starter motor when in fact it is merely a phantom code. He seems honest and helpful and gives highly rated customer service!!!

Excellent Company

We purchased our generator from another dealer but didn’t know they were nor authorized for service like their website stated. The generator was installed October 2022 and never worked correctly. It was finally replaced in January 2023. We had a 29 hour power outage and weren’t even at the location so nothing was running yet it used well over maximum load. We contacted BR Generator who immediately came out. The previous dealer set our generator to natural gas vs propane which caused our tank to need to be refilled. BR Generator was there exactly when they said they would be and were extremely professional. We have changed them to our authorized service dealer. Highly recommend!
