Br Electric & Audio Visual LLC

Great!

I can’t say enough good things about BR Electric & Audio Visual. From the first phone call to the final test run, the whole generator install felt easy—and that’s coming from someone who usually dreads home projects. Bob and his crew showed up right on time (yes, actually on time), walked me through where everything would go, and answered every “what-if” question I threw at them without a hint of eye-rolling. The install itself was smooth—no mess, no surprise “extras,” and they even cleaned up the little bits of wire insulation that fell on the driveway. When the generator fired up for the first time, Bob explained the maintenance schedule in plain English, then made sure I knew how to check the app for status alerts. A week later we lost power in a storm and I barely noticed; the lights flickered once and kept right on glowing. Bottom line: if you’re on the fence about backup power, call these folks. Reliable work, solid gear, and genuinely friendly service—felt more like having a helpful neighbor over than dealing with a contractor. Highly recommend!
