Had to sue in court

I just won a court judgement against BP Logue & Co. This contractor attempted to tell me they performed annual pre-paid service on my home generator. I have video and physical evidence they never showed up. Repeated attempts to resolve went unanswered. Further information you need to read about BP Logue & Co is here: 1. There are great generator contractors out there. I found another generator contractor quickly who serviced my generator and provided me with the physical evidence to win against BP Logue & Co in court. Do your research and choose the best contractor. Lessons I learned from this experience: 1. Never, never pre-pay a multi-year annual service with anyone. The time you will spend trying to get a contractor to honor their commitment isn’t worth the couple of bucks you may be saving. 2. Never trust BBB A+ ratings. Do your research. 3. You learn more about a contractor when you read their 1-star reviews. Everybody has 5-star reviews.

Great company

We recently moved to a new area and I didn't want to have to sit in the dark any longer or freeze when the utilities went out, as we did in our old house. I researched many companies for a whole house generator and came across B.P. Logue for a Generac generator. So glad I did. They are very professional and installation took no time at all. Would most definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Great Sevice!

Great install from start to finish! Bryan is easy to work with, responsive and personable. He answered all my questions and quickly provided a quote. Bryan, Kristy, Derek and the install team worked hard to get the install done on schedule. Bryan knew I was leaving town and made sure the job was done before I left. We have yet to use our generator, but I am comforted knowing that it will be there for me and my family. I also know that if I have any issues Bryan and his team will be there to assist me. I will be recommending B.P. Logue to neighbors and friends.

Having called a couple of dealers to give me estimates, it was great to have the estimate in my hand before Bryan left. He was very informative and explained it well. The job was done very professionally. Whether it was installing the electric hook ups or gas both crews worked continually...never stopping until it was finished. If I had to call the office for any reason, Kristy answered any questions and took care of all the paperwork.

Excellent Electrician & Generac Installer

BP Logue installed an 8kw Generac generator in our home and it went very smoothly from start to finish. He was very professional, showed up and followed up when he said he would, and did an excellent job. We are going to utilize his services for further electrical work in the future.
