Bower Electric CO

Excellent Service

We have had amazing customer service from Bower Electric with the purchase of our generator. A small fix needed to be made after installation, and they were so quick to come out and take care of the issue and were apologetic that even this small inconvenience had happened. We recently had an error code pop up on our generator (which they monitor) and they immediately called and scheduled a time to correct the issue. They have really been a pleasure to do business with!

Perfect when storms hit

I can’t say enough great things about the install we had. From the initial quote to install day, the entire process was smooth, well-communicated, and low-pressure, which I greatly appreciated as a woman who makes most of the major purchase decisions in our household. Anytime I had a question before the install, it was answered promptly. On install day, I always knew what was going on, and everything seemed to go very smoothly. We were very fortunate to have our generator installed when we did because just 22 days later, our power went out for about three and a half hours. I can’t explain the relief of not having to go outside in the storm to hook up the portable generator just so the sump pumps would run. The first run was a little nerve-racking because I wasn’t used to the sounds and wasn’t completely sure what to expect, but everything worked automatically exactly as it should, and we had zero issues. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to have a unit installed.

Excellent

Got multiple quotes and they were the cheapest. No hidden charges. Everyone was professional including the office staff. When they left, my lawn and driveway was spotless. Overall awesome service, product and installation was fast! The generator is working great and I have peace of mind that I won't be without power.

Great service/work

Very professional with initial estimate, explanation of work, followed by install of generator. Installation was done just last week. I have already recommended their services to another person.

Great people to work with

We finally decided to obtain a whole house Generator after we experienced a number of prolonged power outages over the years. Our main concern was water since we have a well and with no power, we have no water. From start to finish, our experience with Bower Electric was top notch. Brion's low-pressure approach was especially nice, and the installation was extremely smooth. The technicians explained everything in detail and discussed options to ensure that we had the information to make decisions that we would be happy with. I highly recommend Bower Electric.

Awesome

They were great at explaining everything. And a pleasure to work with

I’d do it all over again!

Excellent response to my request for a quote. Very timely and with great detail on the whole process. I contacted 4 different dealers in my area and Bower electric was head and shoulders over the other 3. They were not the lowest price by about $300.00 but their presentation and input made it an easy choice. They showed up on time and their installers were excellent. We lost power about 6 weeks after the install and everything happened as they explained it would. Hard to find great service now a days but Bower electric were great.

Great Experience

Everything was great and professionally installed.

We had an excellent experience with Bower Electric installing a Generac Stand-by Generator. The owner provided a thorough explanation and background on the product. The installation crew was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. A neighbor had a generator installed by Bower and gave us their info as a referral. I would recommend them to anyone interested in having a generator installed.

Great Customer Service

I purchased a generator and had a great experience from the beginning. They were thorough in explaining the features and the install process. The installation went smoothly and the installers were great to work with. I highly recommend.
