They were prepared with a presentation and walked us through Generac's website and tools so we understood the recommendations for sizing and use. Bower electric took care of the installation natural gas plumbing connection, city permit filing, & electrical inspection afterwards. They made it easy. The only thing I had to do afterwards was set up a natural gas meter upgrade with the gas company.

Purchasing a whole house generator is a major decision and financial investment with lots of details to think about. In my review of the comments given by customers for installers in my area on the Generac webpage, I chose Bower Electric to procure and install the equipment. It was important for me to contract with a family run business; Bower Electric has their own employees. From my initial meeting with the owner to the day of installation, when seven company employees showed up to install the generator, my questions were answered thoroughly, and my expectations were met. The equipment installed was a water cooled 3200KW whole house generator, up and running in 7 hours, their employees were neat, friendly and very knowledgeable. What I observed that day was impressive teamwork and professional know how. Lastly, there was a long lead time from when the equipment was ordered to when it arrived at the business. During that time, I was kept informed of status, after arrival, an agreed upon date for installation and a start time.Having this backup system lowers my anxiety about power outages and I know I made the right decision to contract with Bower Electric.

After having almost 24 hours of power outages since March of 2023, we decided to install a Generac Generator. A friend recommended Bower Electric.Brian runs a very efficient business. He carefully explained everything making sure we understood what was going to happen. He explained that the installation probably wouldn't happen before August because of the previous years backlog due to CoVid.The installation team came in July to install the new system. They were polite and efficient. They answered any questions we had and showed us how the system worked. They cleaned up all their trash from the installation and took it with them.Since we were getting new propane tanks from another company that installation didn't take place until a week later. That company had to shut off the system to make the new connection. We got a call immediately from Bower Electric to find out why the system was turned off. The 24 hr. monitoring alone makes Bower Electric a #1 companyI would highly recommend this company to any prospective customers.
