The installation was not rushed, and therefore was done carefully and correctly..My installation also included a natural gas tap, so was a bit more detailed than it would have been otherwise.BOWCO was extremely responsive to calls/questions related to dealing with the natural gas installation.

Know the Generac inside and out.

Unlike many dealers Bowco Electric uses licensed electricians to perform the installation. Bowco Electric does the job right the first time and does it safely and in accordance with state and local codes.

A+++ excellent!

We had a system check performed on our generac generator and the technician came out and was so nice and very professional. He stood in the rain for 30 minutes just to show us things we would need to know about our generator! It wasn't something he had to do but took it upon himself to go the extra mile and we appreciated it so much! We learned so many things we really needed to know! We will most definitely be calling them to do all the maintenance on our generator!

Bowco Electric - definitely the go-to guys!

Bowco just completed a 20kw natural gas installation at our home. I am very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. The work was timely and efficient. The job looks great and the test went well. The pricing was excellent and was better than two other local generator installers. The job went smoothly and everyone from Bowco was wonderful to work with. I would completely recommend them to anyone in the market for a home stand-by generator.

Great dealer

I very seldom give a 5 star review because no one reads or believes 5 star reviews, but after buying my standby Generac generator and having it installed by Bowco, I can honestly say I can find no fault with them. The price they quoted was very competitive with other dealers. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and a true joy to have work in my home. They did what they promised when they promised and we are extremely proud of our Generac generator and the way it was installed. They certainly deserve the 5 stars that I am giving them.

The installation was done in a very professional manner and it was very evident that his rating of elite is very deserving. He was prompt in doing the job and his work is excellent. Knows Generac Generators!

I was in West Virginia visiting with my mother-in-law and asked her when she had a maintenance performed on her older Generac generator. Her response was she didn't know. The generator is over 7 years old and probably never had a maintenance performed on it. Well I looked up Bowco Electric and the tech came out the next day. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He changed the oil, filters, spark plugs, tested the battery and adjusted the valves on the engine which were loose. I'm sure he just added many years to this model and now have my mother-in-law signed up with an annual maintenance agreement. I highly recommend this company. I wish them all the best.
