    Service has Declined to Horrible

    I don't like writing negative reviews BUT; Bookman had been servicing my generator for years UNTIL THIS YEAR! Mike -service tech retired. He was great! Now, I've called twice, first time I received an excuse; installing a new unit, would take a week then would call me back 3w ago. 2nd call The office guy said he would have the tech "call me back immediately", I'm still awaiting a call back; Sorry Robert your service is now HORRIBLE. I've called someone else & will go with them. You might re-evaluate your employees.

    Real deal!

    I contacted this service dealer because they were closer to me than the others. I thought that I had messed up the control center (a major part$$) on my Generac. Bookman got me running again without replacing the info center!
