From the day I met the salesman to the completion of my 24KW generator was delivered and installed I felt the Bob Heinmiller employees treated my installation with the highest regards to quality.Once the installation was completed they took the necessary time to thoroughly demonstrate and explain the functions of the generator.I was very pleased with the one year inspection and maintenance performed.Overall Bob Heinmiller's employees from the office to the field treated my installation with professionalism.

Responsive but parts needed

We have had our Generac for a little over a year now. It has operated very well as we have had several outages lasting up to several hours. When the hurricane came through it started right up and we went to bed that night, knowing it would take care of us. Needless to say, it took a dump after 6 hours. Happening on a Friday night we couldn't reach the service dept. until Monday. long story short, 4 days later without power we lost all the food in out freezers as well as the fridges. Good thing the sister-n-law who needs oxygen wasn't staying with us again. Home office was sympathetic, but no help except to follow up. We've been told there were several failures like ours but no real proof. Just hope that time will tell that it's OK. Oh, it took about two weeks to get the parts.

Delighted with this install

Bob Heinmiller, in Orlando, has been my go-to dealer for our Generac, and we could not be happier. Their original install went perfectly, from permitting to testing. At our annual service, their technicians are very, very thorough. We have power outages from time to time, and during Hurricane Ian this year (2022) we were without power for almost 7 days. The Generac hummed along without an issue. I can heartily recommend Generac, and Bob Heinmiller for the installation and maintenance.

Generac service

We called Bob Heinmiller to service our brand new generator after it started smoking when it tried to run the first time. We had a handful of issues, all covered by the manufacturer and Bob Heinmiller handled all of them for us. The only thing we had to do was schedule with them. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. The service we received is the type of service that is hard to come by anymore. I will gladly use them again in the future if we have issues that their company services could be used for.

I had a great experience for the initial survey to the final start upThe estimated time frame was spot on from getting permits, getting supplies and having a unit in stock to the installation which was a project due to the location of the unit needing a 125 ft trench.The team was prepared for the job and went about it at a great pace.I would recommend them to everybody needing a generator
