Poor customer servive
I was assigned a dealer when I filled out a request for an estimate. The dealer called me within a day and we set up a meeting. He went over the system and what was needed and said he'd give me and estimate. So far I was very happy and thought this would be a good experience. I waited about a week and had not heard from him so I gave him call. No answer, so I left a message. No response, I called again a few days later. He answered this time but said he was with a customer and would call me back right away. A week later I am still waiting. It appears they don't want my business. I just checked the other dealers in the area and read their reviews. It appears I am not alone. Those that did have a review seemed to have the same problem; poor customer service.
