Absolutely pleased with entire process

I live in Las Vegas where we\u2019ve been seeing more brown outs in my area especially when the winds kick up. I scheduled an in person consultation and was met with John a few months back. He was very thorough and didn\u2019t hesitate to dedicate the time that I needed to go over all our install options. I never felt pressured in the process. He was very helpful with any questions I had and once my wife and I made our decision a few days later on a 22KW air cooled Generac him and his team got right on the beginning of the install process, from getting me plans for my hoa approval as well as the county. The process did take a month and a half for the work to begin but once we had our approvals he set up an install date and time frame. We previously spoke about every detail of the install before they began work and as they said they committed to every thing they said they would. The install was painless as I knew what to expect and they were communicating with us throughout the entire project. This is was what made me feel confident with choosing Blue Apple. I had another company out prior to Blue Apple but they told me they would have to get another company out to complete the install of gas line. Blue Apple was able to do the entire install in 4 days and gave me a free tune up on my ac units because they had to dig a trench for the gas line. Amazing! I hope to never use my generator but I can rest easy knowing my family is safe should we need it. We did a follow up test after he connected the generator with my wifi and he showed me everything I need to know for using the unit. All I can say is this thing is cool and really easy for me to understand. Truly I am pleased with my purchase from Generac and am grateful to have worked with Blue Apple.

Came Late Outrageous Pricing

We scheduled an appointment between 12-4 pm. Blue Apple called at 2:27 to say their representative was coming. At 3:42 we called to ask where is the rep? We called again at 3:59 to say the promised call from dispatch had not happened. At 4:28 we called to reschedule.

9 weeks and counting

This project started out great and the company has very polite and professional employees however after nine weeks into the project four weeks into the project the permit still was not approved and I was told we were waiting for the city to do an inspection before trenches could be refilled it is now nine weeks and I find out the permit was never completed and the city has never been called yet for an inspection. When I brought to their attention that the permit is online and I could see the information they have not returned my phone calls nor a phone call to talk to a superior. So nine weeks the equipment and trenches are here but the project is not completed.
