Blose Electric

Knowledgeable Installer

I had an error code and needed the WiFi connected and AJ had the generator up and running in short order. Highly recommend.

Great Customer Service

Unlike some of the other authorized service facilities, he answers the phone! Then, he actually shows up and resolves issues in a timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and friendly. A.J. was a pleasure to deal with. Can I give him six stars? Finally, after months of having an expensive lawn decoration in my yard, I once again have a functioning emergency generator. If you are in his service area, I don't know why you would want to call anyone else. As you can tell, I would heartedly recommend him for anything Generac-related. I will certainly contact him again when my generator needs service or if it has issues.

Great customer service

After trying other service providers in the area and not having great customer service, I was given the contact info of Blose Generator Services from a friend. AJ actually answered the phone when I called which was a real plus. He promptly sent out a service technician who was friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone!

Maintenance

A. J. was awesome to deal with! His customer service is top notch and he was prompt with his services. He performed motor maintenance on our generator and he was in and out very quickly. He's knowledgeable and customer service is commendable. We will certainly be calling him should we have any future issues with our generator!

Great Installation

I had a 24 kw generac generator installed last week. AJ Blose did an excellent job with installation and explained how it works. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add a generator

Generac Install

AJ and crew were great to work with from the job estimate to finished install. I find it especially nice being able to acquire such services locally at a fair price. Blose Electric has the edge on service and follow up. GENERAC should be proud to have such a dedicated crew on their team of installers.

fantastic!

I contacted Blose Electric after a very different contractor completely botched installing my generator. Not only did he respond quickly, but he made everything work correctly in a timely, professional, and kind manner. I highly recommend Blose Electric.

Blose Electric whole house 18K

The owner A.J. is a pleasure to deal with. His crew showed up exactly on time, they immediately went to work on our installation. End of day, patiently showed me all the features, tested the operation. Everything worked perfectly, first try. No detail is overlooked, very professional installation. Wiped off their fingerprints and left for the day. Very impressed, absolutely recommend for you install.

Professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with.

Blose Electric was great to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable. friendly and very easy to work with. We had to change from initial location and they even helped me quickly clear space. Worked around shelving in basement without complaint. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. They made sure I understood workings of Generac and electric box and explained what to do in different scenarios. They even helped me with app setup. They have put me on a yearly maintenance plan per my request. Would definitely suggest to others.

Great service!!!

Do not waste your time going to any other installer but BLOSE ELECTRIC!!! These guys are fantastic from start to finish. Their estimate was lower than 3 other installers, they were here in a timely manner, one day installation, very knowledgeable crew, clean and friendly. Great communication.
