On a scale of 1-10, (10 being the best), I rate them a 10 in all respects!

I found Bloomfield cooling to be professional and efficient. The installers were courteous, as well as neat. They left my home as they found it with everything cleaned up and put back. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to install a generator. At the end of the installation, time was taken to explain how our unit works and what we need to look for on it.EXCELLENT JOB!

Bloomfield cooling is very professional

We have a 17 KW Generac generator which was installed by our plumber neighbor and a local electrician. They could not do the maintenance service.when it came time to do so. I saw the name Bloomfield Cooling online and saw their good reviews and decided to meet them. I met Jack personally, and he came to my home to inspect our Generac. generator preparatory to having it serviced.Two . service technicians came for service. They were extremely neat ; my son, a carpet cleaner and I were very impressed by their workmanship I will have them back and I have recommended Bloomfield Cooling to friends.

Maintenance

I recently had a generator installed into my home by a friend. In order to maintain my system, I wanted a certified dealer. I found Bloomfield on this website. Danny arrived at my house on time and was above my expectations. He answered my questions. (Believe me I had a million) I was originally going to try a few places to find the best dealer to get a maintenance program, but my experience with Bloomfield from the girls in the office to the actual maintenance was so easy. I bought their Club membership. Everything was so easy with them.

This dealer came to our house & did nothing to try to solve our problem. We had to ask Generac for another repair service & they fixed our problem.

I cant say enough good about Bloomfield Cooling they have the most courteous employees from the office staff to the techs. We just had our install done and you would never know we had work at our house they were so neat and clean my wife felt bad for the techs having to put their booties on and off to come into our house. Kudos to Generac for having such a qualified dealer represent their product.

I called to inquire about a Generac Home Generator. The next day the owner Mike and his install person met me at the arranged time. They looked at my home, told me what size unit I needed and within 24hrs. I had a price quote. The price was very good. On the day of the install the work was done very professionally and neatly. The workers were very knowledgable and replied to all my questions. Several of my neighbors and also a friend has also contracted with this contractor for generator installs.During the time between the original visit and the install, I had several phone conversations with the office staff. At all times they were knowledgable, pleasant and alway's handled my questions or concerns very quickly. At times I E-Mailed Mike with questions he alway's replied back within 8 hrs. This contractor was the best I have ever had the pleasure to do buisness with. In three words I would say HONEST, REPUTABLE & RELIABLE. The longest part was the wait from my Township for the required permits. All of which the contractor took care of. Without a doubt I would never hesitate to use them again in any service they provide.Very satisfied with my Generac Generator.
