Exceeded Expectations!

Called three dealers to get quotes. Blanco responded same day while others never responded. They came out and clearly explained how the generator would work and measured my usage. They gave me a turn key quote and delivered everything they promised. The best experience I have had on a home improvement project. I will be using them when for my AC replacement when the time comes.

Great Experience

Called several companies off the web and Blanco was the only one that responded. They came out the next day and measured my actual demand. They clearly explained the operation, installation process, and what my installation would look like. They handled everything; poured slab, coordinated with my propane supplier and trained me. Very professional, even call back three weeks later to see if I had any questions or concerns.

I called another company, they came out charged me money and said they would be back with the parts and never showed up so I called Blanco and they had the parts with them and got it running.

Excellent Company

Called Blanco after my electrician and another Generac dealer from San Antonio could not get my dual transfer switch installation to work. Paid the company from SA over $2,000 on two visit with no result. Called the Blanco and they were out the next day and resolved the problem in 30 minutes. Signed them up to do my generator and A/C maintenance. Great customer service and they know their business.

Very Professional

Incredible service. I had a local electrician install a generator for me. He thought he new what he was doing but the generator failed two weeks later. Then I found out that he could not trouble shoot or do warranty work because he was not Generac Trained. Blanco came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts on their truck, and had me going again in less than an hour. Wish I would have used them for the original install.
