Blackout Generator & Service

Beyond helpful.

I'm the process of purchasing a house that has a backup generator installed. I know absolutely nothing about these so I called Blackout Generators for some information and spoke with Ernest White, a guy that's as well spoken as he is knowledgeable. He not only answered my questions, he explained how the system works at I level I could understand and even gave me basics on how to operate it. Ernest also informed me these generators will require periodic maintenance each year or based on use (thanks for the heads up). But also mentioned Blackout Generators could get me on a maintenance plan where a certified tech will come do everything for me, and it would literally cost less each month than I spend on streaming services! All in all, Ernest and Blackout as a whole far exceeded my expectations. If I buy this house (or any other house with a generator), I know who will be taking care of it. Thanks again guys!

Great Team

A&D (“Blackout Generators”) has been a pleasure to work with, from the annual maintenance to the rare code reset, the team communicates well, shows up on time and keeps me running. Thank you!

Truly care!

I had a great experience with Blackout Generator and couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They did a wonderful job helping me replace my generator through the warranty, and the entire process was completely hassle-free. They handled all the details, kept me informed, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Blackout Generator to anyone looking for dependable service and a company that stands behind what they do.

Installed in our new home in 2021. Excellent job! Great people to work with.

Great and dependable unit

We absolutely love our Blackout Generator. Staff are very courteous and do what they promise. They came and did routine follow up on our unit as scheduled. Also, the Generator works perfectly anytime we've had an outage, even if only for a few minutes. Our unit will run our 2400qf home, outside building with freezer units and AC/Heat unit and wellhouse. We never need to do anything. It switches over with no problems.
