It had a promising start my generator went down 62 hours after the july 20th storms. Called Black Haack and they sent someone out the same day. Paid the fee and the tec told me what I already knew, its broke. Two weeks later two guys come out to diagnose it. They order parts and dont hear anything again for almost 2 weeks. I finally called to see what's up and miraculously the parts just came in. Guys finally came out to put it back together. Not. Big crate full of parts sitting in my garage but dont have the right tool to work on it. It's on a different truck. Week later still dont hear anything, storms coming sumpumps running no working generator. Called again threatened a lawyer if basement fill with water and miraculously again they could send someone that day and it would be running by the end of said day. It wouldn't stop raining so they couldn't tear it apart so loaded my 14k up to take back to shop to fix and put an 11k in its spot til mines fixed. That was a week ago tomorrow. Yes I'm covered for now but seriously 2 months and threaten with a lawyer and I'm still not back to normal. Absolutely terrible service. Never again!!

Very satisfied with install of standby generator. A knowledgeable and professional team. Exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend.
