Unit (a 22kW) was purchased with a new house construction. The unit was very professional installed, in a timely manor. Shortly after the installation they came out and explained every portion of the system very thoroughly. After the explanation, they demonstrated exactly how the unit would operate when the power failed.

Absolute Must

Having been in the area in 2011 when we lost power for over 5 days due to tornados I knew when we built our retirement home a backup generator was a must. Having researched the options and with the help of our contractor we knew we wanted a Generac product and being referred to Bippen Electric was appreciated. Bippen's professionals met with both myself and my electrician and listened to my concerns and helped make a decision as to which generator I would need. Then working seamlessly with the electricians in setting up the systems I wanted online when we had a power outage. After installation they returned to walk me through the operation and maintenance of the generator which was helpful. I would defiantly recommend Bippen Electric!

Bippen Electric is a Fantastic Contractor!

The Bippen Electric Team installed a new whole-house Generac Guardian system on my house and brought my 19 year old service panel up to code and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. The entire team was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and I will be returning to them for future projects. Their plumber/gas fitter, Joshua Kite, was also fantastic and I will be returning to him for future service as well. I am an electrical engineer for the Government and extremely picky and I have nothing but good things to say about this project. Thank you!

Impressive Job

Chris and the Bippen team completed the install of my 22K standby generator today. They have done a superior job. The install is very clean and neat. All the guys were very thorough, knew their jobs and were very courteous. I strongly recommend them.

First Rate!

Everything Bippen promised was delivered on time and as described. The installation crew was first rate and the neatness of the job they did is commendable. I did some price comparison prior to selecting them and they were right in line with everyone else... but the quality of the work Bippen performed would be hard to surpass. I'd recommend them all the way.

A very professional dealer.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Bippen Electric personnel. They did a great job installing the Generac, even though they encountered problems accessing some areas through which to run the cables.The personnel were very polite and when they finished installing the equipment, everything looked fantastic.
