Unit (a 22kW) was purchased with a new house construction. The unit was very professional installed, in a timely manor. Shortly after the installation they came out and explained every portion of the system very thoroughly. After the explanation, they demonstrated exactly how the unit would operate when the power failed.

The Bippen Team did an amazing job from quote to prep to install! They guys were friendly, courteous, and very professional. I would use them again in the future!

Having been in the area in 2011 when we lost power for over 5 days due to tornados I knew when we built our retirement home a backup generator was a must. Having researched the options and with the help of our contractor we knew we wanted a Generac product and being referred to Bippen Electric was appreciated. Bippen's professionals met with both myself and my electrician and listened to my concerns and helped make a decision as to which generator I would need. Then working seamlessly with the electricians in setting up the systems I wanted online when we had a power outage. After installation they returned to walk me through the operation and maintenance of the generator which was helpful. I would defiantly recommend Bippen Electric!

They did a great job installing the Generac, even though they encountered problems accessing some areas through which to run the cables.The personnel were very polite and when they finished installing the equipment, everything looked fantastic. Bippen Electric just finished installing a 20KW whole house backup generator for me. It was a complicated process since we have 2 200amp service panels. They had to move all the circuits around and add whole house surge suppressors. During the process they kept up constant communication and were totally professional. These are great friendly and professional guys and I highly recommend them.
