After being charged from another tech $165.00 to tell me that he felt that between the labor and the $1600.00 part that I needed it would be best to get a new generator. That is when I gave BETIT'S a call. He was very booked but came out to me as soon as he could. After performing numerous test to detect what was wrong with my generator, he told me that the brushes where bad and it is a $10.00 part. He said he would be back in a week to fix it, but an hour after he left my house , he called and said he would return the next day. The next day was rainy, but sure enough he returned and promptly fixed the generator. Oh and the total cost was $450.00. He will get a call next time I need generator service. That's for sure.
