I had an unusual problem. The family dog decided to use my barely used 7500E generator as a chew toy ripping out all of the wiring. I thought all was lost until I contacted Best Services LLC. Bill was extremely friendly & helpful. He was able to make the repairs so that it is now working again. I will definitely be contacting them for any future Generac purchases. Thank you Bill for the help!!!

Great to work with.

Great company to work with. They delivered on everything they promised. Worked around my schedule. I was on a time line to get it done, Ken bent over backwards to make sure it was ready by the time I went on vacation. Recommend buying through Ken just for the expertise and knowledge.

Best Services LLC was Great!! This is the first generator I had to help in the purchase and implement but they made it easy. We were on a short timeline and they still got it all installed before the storm.

Very Responsive

I am surprised on how fast they came out and fixed our generator! It wouldn't start when we had a power failure, I called them, they were out within 1/2 hour. They had to adjust the valves, I didn't know that is needed once in a while!Any way, I am very happy with best servcies!

Great Service

Our generator would not start, they came out and replaced the starter. I went ahead and had them change the oil because I just have never done this. We are storm readyThank You!

Very slow service

In our experience the purchase was good but it has been downhill since.... Slow to install and now we have had error codes flashing on our generator for almost a year!!! - have called repeatedly for this warranty problem - we are tired of calling this company - have filed a complaint with Generac... Our experience has been bad customer service - we do not recommend this company....

Great response and service

My generator failed the weekly test and quit working. This was during the week of New Years and we were leaving town for an extended period. I called Best Services for help.They were able to walk me through a test sequence so the generator would at least crank over. This gave me confidence I was not facing a major issue. Within a couple of days they were on site in some very cold and ugly weather to fix it.They were able to get it back in service providing great peace of mind for us while being gone.
